We figured out that we can personalize WD Screens - cool feature. I am talking about the client wide customization.
Question: How can we transport this customization once we have completed it on our development machine.
We do it with component and application configurations now - this way we can transport it

Thanks for the answer. I understand that I can transport any WD component.
However, when I personalize a WD (client wide) this happens interactively. I right-click on the WD screen and personalize there.
I can do this programmatically as configuration, then I understand where I find the ABAP object. But with the interactive feature I have no clue where the data are stored.
I am talking about the client wide customization, not the user-individual personalization.

Hi Frank,
The Web Dynpro component is like any other ABAP development component, it simply uses the existing transport system, same as all other objects.
The code wizard is the icon which looks like a magic wand. The code wizard will fire when you click that icon.
