CT520 Check Configuration Activity does not work for time based components

Under activity maintenance rules Check_time_base is set TRUE.

In routing activity is enabled pre complete.

Some components are not assembled in reqiured operation, but system let's complete anyway.

What and where I can check more to activate timebased component checking?

Hi Kalmer,

Please check that your setup is in sync with the recommendations provided by the online help:

In particular, MISSING rule needs to be turned on.

Also make sure you are on the latest patch. And if the issue still persists, then please submit a support ticket.

We have system 6.0.4.35.54.

And here is CT config.

When enable activity CT520 in routing I get error that reports 6 missing components (Message 13920).

In SFC BOM there is that assy operation behind two components (no ref des) both with qty 1.

And in bom total there is 117 components and do not see any pattern where that number 6 is coming.

This is panel product 3 products in panel.
Yes from there comes this 6.

But from as built summary I see that time based components are assembled.

Problem is with same system that I asked other forum post about SOAP request not retriving sub components.

So here it comes to the same point where a deeper dive into your database is needed. Support team will likely to request WIP dump.
