Hello Experts,
Before Go-Live, we are going to create/upload templates for running project .
Kindly suggest as to how we upload the costs on these existing projects for reporting purpose exclusively, and forthcoming costs will be booked in regular way.

Hi,
My suggestion take two g/l accounts in same grouping in P&L . On debit side use WBS and on credit side use a dummy cost centre. Post it with cut over date or before cutover date.
This is only a workaround. If you have any planning or cash flow analysis It might affect that also, please take care of that in consideration.
