Hi Experts,

Before upgrade to version 7.1, we need to housekeep unused transport request through SE09

After upgraded to version 7.1, we do not manually delete unused TR through SE09. Solman will automatically delete unused TR when executing 'Release Transport Requests'

The problem we faced now is Functional has manually deleted the TR though SE09. so cause above error message prompt, can't proceed

Is there any way to solve it ?

Hi Jesamine,

Have you checked the below SAP Note and the report mentioned -

2009859 - ChaRM: deleted transport request still exists in ChaRM table
