Translation Management Tool gives error "Some conflicts have been found while publishing locales" when i am exporting to CMS

Hi.. i have a requirement to translate WEBI report to german and french language. While doing so in TranslationManagement Tool. I am getting the error "  " as shown in attachment.If i choose the option "Import conflicting error...." , one of the prompt is not further shown to translate..Please help me with resolution.All the prompts are at universe level

@Saad : Error iam facing is different from what you have shared.Getting conflict error when publishing to CMS.
