SAP GUI input history not working

Dear gurus,

Last time I update SAP GUI from 7.10 into 7.20, suddenly the SAP gui is not working anymore

I am using windows 8.10, I have already search in the forum and have done several steps as below :

1. Update into SAP GUI 7.30

2. Modify registry "UseDot" as per note 867131

But still the history is not recorded in the database.

I also attached setting on SAP gui options.

Your insight is very appreciated.

Please raise a ticket in BC-FES-CTL, and capture a "LocalDB" trace from the

ALT+F12 -> Traces -> Session Traces menu.

Check the item "LocalDB" , then enable and click "apply" and "OK" and upload the files to the mesage.

I have generate the trace file, it generated 2 files,

the first one sapfewdll_01_0019_00_6588_1896.err.trc, it contains :

Hi Jude,

The program throw message "Error Creating DB" , I am using ms office professional 2013 now, and my colleague also using the same version but his gui input history is working fine,

is there any other possibilities ?

In the case of "Error creating DB", this is a Microsoft issue, so please report this to them.
