Dear All, how have you been?

We have a cenarius that we are creating outbound deliveries and the system are using the First Date (item list in VA01) for the price conditions.

(Red mark in the picture below)

Could you please inform what we need to do to use the Pricing date (VA01 VBKD-PRSDT) for the price conditions in the create deliveries process?

P.S. We already set the The V/06 transaction with the “B” in the field Pricing date, but is not working.

Thanks in advance

Dear Juliano,

System is taking/picking the date in delivery pricing from schedule line.

Please note: At delivery level pricing from SO don't have much impact. for that a new pricing procedure need to be defined at delivery level with the relevant condition type ex.: freight. Logically speaking the baseline date in delivery will be copied from confirmed schedule line at order level in which good will be available.

Request you to please share/explain the requirement/reason for which you want the pricing date of sales order as a base date in delivery creation.

Thanks

You can control first date proposal in VOV8 with relation to requested delivery date. Value ' ' is today's date, value 'A' is requested delivery date from teh header. It is just a proposal and can be changed.

Could you please explain the business process - how exactly you are using first date for pricing and why?

Dear, thanks for your help.

We need to create an order with a discount condition (ZK??).

Our order has the date 18/09/2015 in "Pricing date" (order header) and 01/10/2015 in the

itens line "First date".

We intend to use the Pricing date (VBKD-PRSDT)  for the discount conditions. How we can do this?

Ex:

ZK?? 20/09/2015 until 30/09/2015     -5% (The discount should be 5% in this date).

Thanks.

The date for pricing condition is taken either from the pricing date on the header or on item level -> pricing date.

Probably you use currently the pricing date as order creation date. In some business scenarios it is more appropriate to use requested delivery date for pre-defaulting the pricing date. In your case you wish to have the pricing date between these two dates, which does not seem a very logical business concept.

Unless you explicitly tell the system to use a different pricing date (that is in the validity range), the discount cannot be determined automatically.

Based on what criteria the system should pick 20.09.2015 for pricing purposes- do you have any business rules for building the logic?
