GRC UAR Report Customization - Need To Add Fields

Hi GRC Experts,

I have a requirement where I have to modify or customize the UAR report, we required the report should contains the below fields:

Access Request No.

Requested Date

Request Status

Approval date

User First and last name

Target system. etc

Can anyone support in this regard.    I know that I can add or remove fields from SE80 -->Package --> GRC_ACCESS_REQUEST.  But my questions is a) Is there any UAR related package available where i can add the above fields.

b) Or should I customize the entire new UAR report if yes then how

c) Or can I customize BRF+ for this requirement.
