Hi Can somebody please talk me through how to update existing rates in kzz2 for a new financial year?

As explained by Mr Kamal Kumar, system will update(OH Rates) automatically for next fiscal year .
Its depend how you given the parameters Valid From & Valid to.
If you want to extend the same copy the same to next fiscal year.

In KZZ2 select your OH rate and click on details ..on the pop up screen select "New Entry" and define new valid date from and To and other parameters..
