Blocking Non-MRP storage location QM lot qty in APO

Hi Gurus,

We have activated user exit (Activate user exit EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001 in ECC ) for blocking the Non-MRP STORAGE LOCATION stock during CIF execution. Our observation shows that QM lot qty for NON-MRP storage location is still coming to APO.

Please suggest if there is any way where we can block QM lot for non-mrp storage locations coming from ECC.

Hello,

In exit EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001 set the stock type (with the MARD-DISKZ) to a different value (e.g. quality) So the stock will not be sent to APO. Also you can exclude the storage location which for quality stock to transfer.

The stock which belongs to the inspection lot in R/3 is forwarded as an inspection stock to APO and is thus available from an MRP point of view inspection lot is transferred to APO as individual object

Delete stocks from non-MRP-relevant storage locations before the forwarding, provided you can avoid displaying these stocks in APO (Note 496020).

APO you can prepare the stock data via user exit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLCIF_STOCK_001. Here, you can delete the corresponding stock records.
