SUM error installing correction from maintenance planner verification.

My apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum.

A correction stack was generated in Maintenance Planner while verifying a system.  Using SUM to install the correction, it fails in the "Summary and Evaluation of the Update Process".

Hello Russ,

It is fine to ignore this error and exit the tool. The system would be upgraded and running fine by now.

Troubleshooting the issue would require additional logs and files like SDTRequestListStatistics_SUM.xml from data directory.

But I am sure you can ignore this and exit the tool.

Hi Russ,

It looks like the tool is not able to pick the option from the UPGANA.XML.

Check if UPGANA.XML is correct and can be parsed properly.

The given information is not sufficient to analyze the issue. Please upload the latest 10 logs from \New_Sum_Car\SUM\sdt\log\SUM directory
