How to enable the AddFile In GRC Request form

How to enable the Add file button under the attachment tab in GRC Request form , Please find the attachment .

Hello Anji,

Enable attachments in SPRO

Path:SPRO--> IMG--> GRC--> General Settings--> Disable Link Functionality in Attachments and Links

also check your EUP settings

Hi Srini,

I checked SPRO Setting , EUP Setting Looks good , Editable / visible are in YES Only , Is there any alternate solution for this .

HI

could you open grac_oif_request_submission from SICF, and then go to Config mode, by appending the text &SAP-CONFIG-MODE=X&OBJECT_ID=ACCREQ/<give any request id from GRACREQ>

then under tab attachment, right-click on Add file -> Settings for Current configuration. then could you deselect invisible , and select Not personalized
