Interactive Reporting - Host Availability

Hi Guys

After implementing Technical Monitoring, and metrics working Im still unable to display Host Availability in System Reporting

I have two different customer landscapes I have implmented recently and neither of them have this activated.

Is there a customizacion i have to perform in templates?

Hi Martin,

Have you created custom Templates for Host and checked  ?

1744084 - Interactive reporting: Host availability displays no values

Hi Martin,

Are you sure the host metric metrics are ok in Technical Monitoring? Usually no data in Interactive Reporting would mean the metrics are grey and need to be checked?

Indeed all host metrics are green in technical monitoring, so I will apply steps detailed in Note 1744084.
