Personas for GRC 10 Password Self Service?

Hi Gurus,

Has anyone looked into use of Personas for PSS?  From what I've seen about Personas is that it doesn't (typically) work with Webdynpro, however with Personas 3.0 the Master Guide mentions that it will work with Webdynpro in some cases.

The reason I ask is that a client's users are finding the standard steps for executing PSS (setting up their own challenge questions, selecting systems) to be confusing or ineffective and are looking at opportunities to make this process more user-friendly.

Hello Rob, I don't believe Personas 3.0 supports ABAP Webdynpro transactions. I believe it is still supporting only ABAP transactions. When I use personas to simplify processes, I read and change information directly from the customizing. Usually, I do checks that show to the user the correct path to configure something. I've been using Personas 2.0. I will try 3.0 next time to check whether it supports webdynpro or not. Regards, Fernando
