CQC HANA - Issues with solution

Dear experts,

We have CQC and configured all the managed system configuration and generated EWA. however for HANA systems SAP unable to view the HANA solution from their end. When I checked in the solutions, it is not rated.

I checked generated EWA for HANA solutions, it is empty. I have already created logical components and assigned to HANA DB. Assign product system step is fine as well as verification step is OK.

How to troubleshoot this. where can i check why EWA for HANA solution is empty. Could you please help me here.

The System number and installation numbers were missing in LMDB . I have maintained in SLD and synced with LMDB..now SAP confirmed they could book CQC for affected systems,

Dear Ning Tong,

We observed that system installation number and system number are missing/incorrect. Could it be resolved through re-register the systems in SLD?
