Already counted material showing up in LICC

Hello Experts,

Please share your solution on how to figure out that why already counted material is showing up in LICC transaction.

The ABC indicator in material is B

Inventory document is cleared.

again no connection to the data in the quant, which detail you never posted, you had just posted a screenshot with an overview with several quant numbers, but not the detail of the particular quant that should not be included in the count.

If you can't provide these details then you may need to contact SAP for help, they should be able to connect to your system and lookup the data they need for an analysis.

Please find below the screen shot of LQUA table, the last inventory date is showing as 04.03.2015 it seems this date is not updated, the quant is 321751.

I had actually expected a screenshot from transaction LS23

Anyhow, not updating the last inventory date would be a bug. This OSS note fixed such bug: 1905631 - LM58, LM59 : Quant inventory date not updated

What has all happened since you last count?

LICC is a quant inventory.

A quant is deleted if it moves out of the storage bin along with all information like last inventory date, a new quant is created when you get new material into this bin, new quants are not counted.

If something similar happened then it explains that have the material again in LICC.

Thanks for the response.

The material in question was counted on 02.09.2015 and again on 15.09.2015 in the same quant. No new GR or transfer posting has been done post 15.09.2015, only GI against 261 took place.

then you should show some screenshots from material master the CC indicator setting

from customizing the CC indicator definition

detail data of the quant where the last count date can be seen.

Selection screen from LICC that is used when this material again appears in the counting sheet

Also check if the field with the last inventory number is really equal to your last counting document.

we can believe you, but we had too many cases where the written word was different to the values seen in screenshots, and unfortunately we are not able to validate your screenshots since you erased/hided the important connectors

I do not know if the plant for your CC indicator customizing is equal to the plant from the material master, I do not know if the plant in the material master is linked to your warehouse 109, I do not know if the quants in the list belong to your material and plant

And you did not answer the question about the last inventory document.
