Assign Agents in Task Customization

Hi Friends,

I am implementing ARM and for that am trying to run "Perform Task specific Customization" But i am not getting Assign agents against GRC-AC.

Please check attached screen shot.

I tried running program: RS_APPL_REFRESH but was of no help.

EAM and ARA is working fine.

Please assist.

the last step Activate Common workflow, should resolve your issue
