Hi!
I want to add a new entry in LIBL of R/3 system, but I already tried to add it on job description and user/system library list on system values (QSYSLIBL and QUSRLIBL) without success.
After R/3 up, I verify the LIBL on jobs and the new library was not added. Anybody has a new suggestion?

Hi
I would expect that adding this to the start profile will end in an additional process which does change its own library list and nothing else.
But anyway, system jobs are submitted with an explicit and hardcoded parameter INLLIBL of command SBMJOB by STARTSAP in order to enforce a safe and known environment.
Only chance from my perspective would be to change system value QSYSLIBL according to your needs. Didn't you mention you tried this?

Thomas
Hi Thomas & Andre,
yes, you are correct, my idea above is wrong :-((
I tested it now and it looks a bit different ...
You can use the Execute & immediate in top area - then it works exactly as you need it. One example is here:
Execute_03 = immediate addlible contoold
The result is that the dispatcher and all WPs do have it in the LIBL ...
