0FI_GL_14 Clearing date missing even after implementing Note 1802912

We are facing issue with missing Clearing date for 0fi_gl_14.

This is happening even after  implementing Note 1802912.

Hi,

It could be a bug. Please let me know your SAP ECC release and SP level.

E.g. I found SAP Note 1938533 - 0FI_GL_14: Delta mode: Changed and cleared documents are missing which could be applicable depending on your answer to my question.

Please review SAP Note 1012874 - FAQ extractors 0FI_AP_* 0FI_AR_* 0FI_GL_*(except 10). This SAP Note contains very detailed technical information behind the various DataSources. Note that although your DataSource 0FI_GL_14 is extracting from New General ledger, most of the information should still be applicable in my opinion.

Question 3 might give an answer to your question too. Furthermore, have a look to the Safety Time (table BWOM_SETTINGS) which might explain why you cannot extract the changed documents immediately.

Please also review SAP Note 1476708 - 0FI_GL_14: Too many records extracted because of BWFI_AEDAT. How is the parameter 'BWFIAUGBL' set for DataSource 0FI_GL_14 in table BWOM_SETTINGS? Are the FI document changes made in MM or SD?

Hi,

1) SAP ECC release and SP level is 14.

2) Also according to Note 1938533 :-

    0FI_GL_4 is inactive in our system

  0FI_AP_4,0FI_AR_4,0FI_TX_4 we are not using them.

3) We are facing issue for GRIR items.

4) There is no entry present for DataSource 0FI_GL_14 in table BWOM_SETTINGS

Hi,

Ad 1.

It is still not clear which ECC release you are using (e.g. 6.0). It is also relevant to know which Enhancement Package is installed, if any (e.g. EhP 4).

Ad 2.

SAP Note 1938533 - 0FI_GL_14: Delta mode: Changed and cleared documents are missing is not applicable in your case.

Ad 3.

Please refer to SAP Note 1476708 - 0FI_GL_14: Too many records extracted because of BWFI_AEDAT. Symptom 2 (BKPF-AEDAT is not updated for FI document changes made in MM or SD) might be causing the issue.

Ad 4.

Please note the generic entries in table BWOM_SETTINGS (i.e. the entries with OLTPSOURCE is initial) are applicable if no DataSource specific entry is available.
