The SC created by userA are not display in the SC check status of userB?

Hello,

There are two user with those roles

UserA

SAP_BBP_STAL_SECRETARY

SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE

SAP_EC_BBP_SECRETARY

UserB

SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER

SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE

SAP_EC_BBP_PURCHASER

Both bellowing to the same purchasing organization and purchasing group:

PURCH_ORGX D01CLNT1904000 4000

PURCH_GRPX D01CLNT190141 141

UserB need to see the SC created by the userA. But they are not in the SC Check status

Someone know can help?

If USER A creates SC on behalf of USER B, then user B can see the shopping cart in check status.

For shop on behalf I have to put the UserB in the UserA REQUESTER attribute?

Yes. Pl check the description of 'Requester' attribute in help.sap.com to get more ideas on how to use it.
