Hi Experts --
In SAP PO ( Single Stack ) is there really a big difference between a IFLOW and ICON; if so what could be the best practice and what about the performance?
Could you throw some light on this?
Regards,
Anudeep
Hi Anudeep,
Iflow will create ICO (once it is deployed) and you can develop only Iflow from NWDS. so there is no difference in performance.
The advantage of Iflow
1) you can develop your ESR and ID content from one window (NWDS)
2) Iflow provide better visibility on flow (graphics etc.)
Hope this help !!

As said by Harish, given the choice iFlows are the way to go. They offer a point and click build and deploy process.
If your going to use iFlows then I suggest sticking with them for all scenarios i.e. do not use the swing client for ICO. Unless for some reason the requirement can only be met using the swing client.
