Hi ,

We have developed six different types of smart forms( Insp. reports) for print as per client requirement and input is only the Inspection lot number.

Our requirement is when giving print through T.code- QA32 after selecting lot number and by clicking inspection report need auto selection of specific smart form with reference to material, inspection type & plant. please explain the procedure to achieve the requirement.

Dear Ravinder,

You can create a customize Z Program for auto selection of specific smart form based on material, inspection type & plant to print Inspection report and Quality Certificate.

Logic based on the parameters can call the required smartform.

You can fetch values from tables related to QA32.

This will not even hamper your standard program and your problem will also get solved.
