Solution Manager ITSM Multilevel categorization shows alphanumeric characters

Dear Experts,

I am having an issue where solman ITSM multilevel categorization shows alphanumeric characters in the drop down.

I am attaching the screenshot, I would like to remove the alphanumeric characters.

Please help.

Hi Surendra,

The keys are displayed due to the personalize setting. The display can be removed by changing the setting.

1) Click on Personalize on the right side of menu. Then, choose Personalize settings.

2) Under Drop down session, untick Show keys.

This will solve the issue.
