Export to PDF is generating only for one document?

Hi all,

I have defined path as General settings-Path-E:/SAPFiles

when i click on pdf,it shows preview at first time, next time i clicked ,it wont preview,but all pdf  are saved in that folder..

Please advice SAP B1 version and  PL. If your version is 9.1, then it is an application error.

Im using SAP 9.1 PL5,

so how to rectify his issue ?

Hi Karthick S,

You have already define the Path in General setting i.e E:/SAPFiles

When PDF icon in particular documents its diplay the by default layout preview and its save in above path i.e E:/SAPFiles.

And when we use the Export option in File menu we have to select the PDF and save into the pdf format.
