Hi Experts
We have created a composite provider and mapped some of the fields towards BW info objects. These info objects have navigational attributes, but when we open up the composite provider in BEx Query designer we cannot see the navigational attributes. We can see all attributes of the info object as display attributes but not as navigational attributes.
Is this an error or doesn’t the composite provider support navigational attributes?
Kind regards
Erik
Hi Erik,
It should be possible to activate Navigational Attributes during the creation of the CompositeProvider.
Please refer to SAP Help and to the document (page 26 and 27).
Best regards,
Sander

We have very interesting scenario.
On one particular infochar we have about 15 nav.attributes - we could bring them as nav.attributes in composite provider some time ago.
Now, we added few more and wanted to replace these on composite provider - and composite provider just doesn't see any of nav.attributes of the infochar. If composite provider is copied and saved it works as is, if nav.attributes are taken away - they gone and "right click" menu with "nav.attributes" is grayed out...
Has anyone experienced something like this? Any ideas?
