Housekeeping for Error stack records

Hi Folks,

How to perform Housekeeping for  RSBERRORLOG tables. we have nearly 4million records in Error stack.

I tried with the reports mentioned in the scn but it is not deleting at the table level.

I have attached the screen shot of the records in error stack.

please do help me.

Hi,

Execute report RSB_ANALYZE_ERRORLOG to analyze your error log; execute report RSBM_ERRORLOG_DELETE to delete old entries. Check the SAP Note 1095924 for details.

the number of records have decreased at table level but it is not reflecting at the DB02.

DB has to be reorganized. ask your basis team colleagues to do this.

whats the difference between RSBERRORLOG and error stack records.

We have very small number of entries in RSBERRORLOG and we have 4 millions records in error stack. this is because of master data and handle duplicate records.can we clear all the entries in the error log if they are absolete ? and how to find the table related to error stack?

This will be helpful if the report already exist in system.

Right now, we dont have RSBK_DELETE_FROM_ERRORSTACK and RSBK_ERRORSTACK_LIST_AND_DEL doesnt exist in Production system.

i tried with se38 and got result as program doesnt exist.
