Code Group Disable in Syclo Work Manager

Hello Experts,

                          We are working on SAP Work Manager 6.2 Application.In Add Item screen for Part and Damage Group value is available but it showing disable in application.It working fine in development but showing disable in quality.

                          How can we make this fields enable??

We agree with the comments of the community above.

Did you upgrade the SMP 3.0 SP from the original SAP Work Manager 6.2? It could be that during upgrade the rules did not convert properly and this may affect your issue.

Hi Ashish,

Could you please open the Agentry Editor and import the work manager 6.2 project, find the related screen and check if there is a rule for these disabled input table.

And for your development and quality environment, did they use the one same Add-on?

If they are using different Add-on, I think you can check the development backend and find if there is some related values don't fix the rule of the disabled items on the screen.

It is data problem, check in rule catalog profile maintained against code group

I would suggest using the test client and checking to see if the tables that are used by the fields are not empty.
