Error access Receivable Aging for limited logistic license

One of our limited logistic user cannot generate AR Aging. Error generated is "You cannot open window [866] Exchange Rates and Indexes with your current license" while other user with same license as limited logistic has not problem generating aging report. What could be the cause.

Hi Luis,

This error must be coming because the Exchange rates must not be updated. And the user who is trying to open Aging report is first asked to update exchange rates.

Secondly ensure that person is having authorizations for opening Aging report.

So I think any super user and authorized user who is having rights to update exchange rates can first update the exchange rates and then the limited logistic user can try to open the Aging report.

Hi Luis,

You can drag and copy Limited logistic User authorization which is able to open aging  to other limited logistic user which is not able to open.

Hi,

Limited logistic user does not have access to exchange rate and index window. Please make sure both user are same license type.
