Unauthorized - Retrying sending document to Trading Partner AS2

Hello Experts,

We are trying to test a B2B Scenario , where Vendor ( Source system ) is trying to send EDI Invoices to PO ( AS2 File Adapter) .

1. Vendor is using external b2b As2 Link (port 80 )of PO system

2. Link works for Vendor but when they try to post EDI Messages they are getting Authorization Error.

As a part of Config on both sides .

1. Vendors Certificates are imported in PO NWA

2. Certificates are configured in PO AS2 Channel

3. PO ( Company's) Public Certificates are installed at Vendor's end , With Password generated in NWA.

4. Vendors AS2 Name in Channel is correct

5. PO ( Company's AS2 Uniquie id entered correctly )

For Incoming EDI messages Do we need to maintain IP address entries in the Firewall network of the Company ?

Not sure if we are following correct steps , really appreciate if anyone of you can share right steps or anything which we are missing.

Hi Pushkar Patel,

Problem with third Party AS2 URL or Certificates or Encryption Algorithm.

Please check with Basis Team URL and certificates are fine or not.

Check with your network team Firewall enable is done or not and your firewall team will provide you connection logs for this issue.
