I'm trying to use the FIND function to help in delimiting a long string. I'm noticing that the FIND function seems to be ignoring the start position parameter. This could just be an issue with the Rule Test Results but I wanted to check to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. I've pasted an image below of an example I was trying. As you can see, the rule test results are returning a 0 for the FIND function no matter what the start position is. My assumption is that the FIND function should return a number >= 8 or -1.

Christopher,
I am getting the same results from the rule editor. Try using the rule as intended on a client and see what happens. I don't think we are doing anything wrong. I have used the start param in the past with FIND, I believe.
