Olá Pessoal,

A SAP lançou ontem a nota de anúncio 2196998 - Lei 13.137/2015- Pis, Cofins, CSLL Retidos sobre a solução a ser desenvolvida para a mudança legal na retenção de impostos do Brasil.

O calendário esperado da entrega é o seguinte:

1)      Nota piloto no final da semana 42 ou começo da semana 43 ( 3ª semana de outubro ).

2)      Testes dos Pilotos da  semana 43 a semana 45.

3)      Entrega da solução para todos os clientes no final da semana 46.

A nota informa também que as datas acima só poderão ser cumpridas se algumas informações legais adicionais também foram completadas/atualizadas a tempo pelo governo.

Hello, can you tell me note 2196998 for the Lei 13.137/2015- Pis, Cofins, CSLL Retidos it references the following notes - 2250230, 2235923, 1820571, 2235248, 2238916

Our concern is that 1820571 is for India Badi for this new daily accumulation.  Currently we do not have our business in India Localized so we are not using this Badi or Tax related on this note.  We do have our Brazil Localized on SAP.

Can any one explain why the Brazil Daily Accumulation is being added to this note 1820571.   We are concerned with implementing this note because we do not want to break our current India Processes.

How is the Brazil Taxes going to use this India BADI for the Daily Accumulation? 

Any other information would be very helpful.
