Hello colleagues,

We experiense some trouble with GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS work.

In my MSMP I set for stages the following notification settings:

Not.event: NEW_WORK_ITEM

Template ID: GRAC_AR_NEW_WORK_ITEM

Recepient ID: GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS

For some "main" approvers we setup delegated approvers, but delegated approvers don't get messages. The messages are being sent to "main" approvers only.

I've found the note 1734548

As you can see the 1st condition (set Recipient-ID as 'GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS') I met.

Then, in accordance with the note 1589130) I changed filters for the BADI enhancement GRFN_MSMP_NOTIFICATION_ES.

And seems that it works fine:

However, only main approver still gets its notifications.

How to find the problem?

Regards,

Artem Ivashkin

Artem,

It is difficult to recommend the Notes that you should have found when you searched when you do not specify what support pack you are on. Please see this document:

Hi

The note says that, notification is only sent, if the Request is valid(i.e lies in the validity period of delegation, and therefore appears in Inbox), at the time of approval by Delegated approver.

So, Could you check if the delegation period is valid or expired

hi Prasant,

yes, the delegated approver has the mail. A delegated appver can get mails sent by another standart FM grac-manager.
