Hello Jignesh Shah,

Please check the KBA 1840707 - Bean IDOC_INBOUND_AYCNHRONOUS not found on host of PI 7.3.

This note establishes the configuration that can cause this issue and also the steps to resolve this. When the configuration is as described in the KBA this issue can happen intermittently. This KBA is valid for releases 7.3 and above.

Hello,

Thanks for all your quick response.

I just want to tell you is this problem is occurring once in a while in ECC side.

This all blogs talk about if the connection is not established. But this is not the case.

Thanks & Regards,

Jignesh shah

Hi Jignesh,

As Hareesh suggested, what is the error you are able to see at that particular time in NWA log viewer of PI system.

If the issue is not occurring now and then, then we need to see all the possible causes for the issue.

When you get this error, go to NWA logs and you should be able to find an entry there with more details on the error message.
