unable to view Lumira stories in SAP BI mobile app for iPad from Lumira Cloud

Hi!

I have published a few stories to Lumira cloud that I want to consume from the SAP BI mobile app for iOS.

I can successfully connect to my account from within the app. I then click on the story I wish to view in the iOS app.

The problem is that nothing happens after clicking  on the story I wish to look at. After a long while I get some message that I can't work offline.

I run the latest version of the iOS app (and desktop 1.28).

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Fredrik - are you on the latest release for Mobile BI?

Could you share what types of components your story contains - e.g. crosstab, map or?

Hi Tammy! yes I downloaded it today from the app store.version 6.2.10

The story includes two simple charts: a bar chart and a combined line column chart .. no maps etc.

Logging in to Lumira Cloud via Safari on the iPad and opening the story works.

Strange, I just tried it and no issues for me.

Could you contact SAP Support - their e-mail/phone is on this front page

Yes weird.. Are you on iOS 9?

Only thing i can think of is if my merged dataset (2 xls sheets merged) could be the root cause..

I'm on iOS8 - merging datasets shouldn't be an issue though
