Purchasing Group Number Activity Log

Hello.

I am trying to find out if there is any way to run a report to see the activity log for each assigned PGr # in SAP.  The ultimate goal is to find the ones that have never been used and reassign them to a different user.

Hi,

EKKO only u can download data and can find out number of PO or contract raised by particular purchasing group. T024 u can download all PGR and using excel sheet u can find PGR which is not used for long time.

The basic information about activity should be possible to retrieve with MC$0 transaction from the Logistics information system

download the result to Excel and do a vlookup with the downloaded purchasing groups from T024 table. All in the T024 table which have no corresponding entry in the result of MC$0 had not purchased anything.
