SAP Work Manager 6.2 doesn't show Equipment Description

Hi All

When I download Equipment in SAP Work Manager it show Description not for all Equipments.

I can not understand the a pattern. For what equipment works, for what does not.

As Steve suggested load the ATE against your server and start by reviewing the ctEquipment complex table to verify if the description is present for the records you indicated.  If not then you should look to the Java and download process.  If yes, then you will need to look into the search action / object population process.

I would suggest using the Test Client that is built into the Editor to check the objects to see if the Description field is getting filled in.  If it not, start working backwards, by debugging the Java Code to see if the objects are getting filled at that point.
