BO Auditing

Hi,

we are on BOXI3.1 at the moment.

I would like to check no.of users who are accessing a particular report.

can anyone help me out in how to get a audit report.

     If you did NOT install the samples provided with the install you can also manually deploy the Universe BIAR and WebI reports.  location

Audit (Activity.unv & WebI Documents)

• 1 – Universe BIAR - audit_bi.cab
• 34 – WebI Docs BIAR - audit_re.cab

If you are on BO 3.1, you should have a universe and some sample reports comes with BO 3.1 install package.

You need Object name, event type (Refresh, View, create etc), usernames (Count of Users) from audit universe.

look at the samples, you will get an idea what objects you need to use to get what you are looking for.
