Sale order creation error

Dear Experts

While creating a sale order i get an error message ( actually an Information message ) but the Screen Displays Sale order xxxxxx is created and saved

When i try to search or open the sale order xxxxxx, there is no such order in the System.

I am a bit confused

The error message while saving is something new to me and this is an assembly processing with PS

The material used is a configurable material. checked the validity Dates in Production Versions of Material master and they are empty.

Any help is much appreciated

PS: I am a SAP PS Consultant,just know the Basics of SD

This issue is not related to SD but because of some MRP / Plant parameters not maintained properly.  Have you checked with your PP consultant before posting here?  If not, better check with them as this issue relates to Production Planning.

I did enquire with them, they are looking into it.

Meanwhile i just wanted to check if the issue is a known one.
