Solution manager update

Hi

I have installed new solution manager. What I must do at first? Must I do initial configurations or update to sp13(What is the initial version how can I check it?). Is there any guide how to perform update. With solman I have downloaded package 51049441 (SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 Support Package 13). Is this the source that I need?

Hi Aram,

Normally, Initial version is Solution Manager 7.1 SP04 but you can check via system setting and version of ST component

do google more please to find answers for generic queries like above.

further you need to complete post setup(system prep/basic config) to make the system ready and then you can create stack file out of solman to upgrade to SP13
