reward points go negative

Hey I got 10 points back in October then they were removed 4 times in January. How is that possible?

Hi John,

this is possible if someone changed the status of your answer, which is possible even after the first assignment. Points can be corrected in both directions, more or less.

When your points are changed, then the previous points are removed, and new ones are assigned.

Maximilian, take a second and think about your reply.

While points may be taken back off it should never be allowed for more to be taken off than were given.

If you put them on once then you should only be able to remove them once not 4 times.

Having the same points removed 4 times is of course not intended.

Instead of posting the same question again in another forum I suggest you directly contact the SDN team to deal with this matter - as I saw from Mark Finnern at the SDN Meets Labs in Walldorf the reward system administration is not yet that fool-proof
