QA32 - Sloc default for approved stock

Hello Expert,

We received goods from production in PM01,where material is inspected.

We have 10 material - WM managed & 40 material - IM managed

Use QA32 for UD purpose.

From PM01 we move WM managed stock to storage location - SL01 & IM managed to storage location - SL02

How to keep SL01 sloc as defaul in QA32 during moving the approved stock in SL01 ?

Hi Om,

You are already following the correct process for testing WM Managed/non-managed materials in PM01 sloc. Then transferring WM managed materials in SL01 and non-WM managed materials to SL02.

In case you want to default the sloc SL01 for WM managed materials (10 materials) and SL02 sloc for non-WM managed materials (40 materials), then you can update the same in MRP2 - GR location. Then when you post GR form production, for 1st case TR/TO will be created directly in SL01 and will not pass through PM01.
