Pick batch based on Manufacturing Date

Hi All

Please let me how to pick batch product based on manufacturing date in SAP EWM?

Manufacturing date: 01/01/2013, 01/06/2013,01/12/2013. then system will pick 01/01/2013 batch.

Kindly guide me for same.

Hi Akash,

1)ERP and eWM should be integrated.

2)Do all the necessary configuration for inbound and outbound delivery for batch managed.

3)Then do CIF does to transfer product and to maintain views in eWM use transaction /N/SCWM/MAT1 OR /N/SCWM/MIG_PRODUCT.

4)Batch should be managed in ERP and Batch mgmt reqt check box should be checked in eWM (/N/SCWM/MAT1 under properties).

You can check the latest expiration date in table SE16>SCWM/AQUA in eWM.

In ERP you can check in MSC2N and also in master data.

Implement your code in BADI:

SPRO -> BADI for EWM -> Goods Issue Process -> Strategies -> Stock Removal Strategies -> Badi: Filtering and/or sorting of Quant.

Based on your requirement Implement your code here. I think Manufacturing date is your GR Date or the date on which first WH tasks get confirmed.?

Manufacturing Date represents the date upon which the product was produced. Based on that we have to pick material based on Manufacturing date.
