solman7.1 integration with BMC Remedy Service Desk

Hello experts,

I am looking for the configuration documents over integrating solman 7.1 with Remedy tool but couldn't find useful docs.

Can someone point me/share  your experience & the docs.

Hi Shajariya

it is based upon web services between solman and remedy and therefore needs development on both sides to have bi-directional interface etc depending upon the requirement

you can check below documentation from SAP on the same topic

this is not specific to remedy as it is open web service interface and therefore applicable to all 3rd party tools with web services
