4 materials Dispatch but RG23D showing only 2

Hi Gurus,

We are doing trading activities from the depot.

We are dispatching 4 materials but RG23D register showing only two material.

Kindly help.

Have you done J1IG and J1IJ for these 4 materials. please confirm the scenario. Also check report j1idepotstock1 by giving only material.

Hi Gurus,

Thank you so much for your inputs.

We have tried the new cycle with 7 materials, this time also only two entries are showing in RG23D extraction.

But JP & Binoy as you suggested I have checked entries in J_1IRG23D and j1idepotstock1. both are showing all 7 materials with correct AED and BED.

There is a problem in extraction which I am doing in J2I5 and J2I6.

Any idea why system not fetching all the material details?

Is there any other T-code from where I can fetch the report?

Check J1ID maintenance of these materials "Material Chapterid" and "Cenvat determination". Check if any difference between the materials shown in extraction and which are not shown.
