Dear Team,
i have faced one issue in my landscape our .XML message got failed due to in SICF (XI) services got stopped. and no we restated and its running fine.
but how to trace the user name who stopped the services & Time.

You can check the java default trace files and it will give you the reason and time at which the service was stopped.

Did you check in SM21 , ST03N , STAD transaction .
Is Audit logging enabled in the system .
