Re transferring the customer data or material data from GTS to R3

Dear GTS Experts

I am new to GTS therefore I ask you one question about re transferring the customer data or material data from GTS to R3.

If it i s basic question in GTS please kindly forgive me.

Hi Venu

Please follow all below mentioned steps to transfer customer from ECC to GTS system,

1. Check RFC connection if working through Tcode SM59 in ECC.
2. Activate change pointers through BD61 if not and check if Change Pointers for Message Types  /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL are correct (BD52)
3. Maintain ALE Distribution model for /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL (Customer master data) through Tcode BD64 if missing.
4. Check if function module: /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DISTRIBUTE_R3 is assigned to message type /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_SLL through Tcode BD60
5. Transfer customer through Tcode /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DIRR3.
6. Check SM58 if any failure.
7. Run transaction: /SAPSLL/PARTNER_APPL in GTS, to check the transfer logs for Business Partners.

Hi Venu Gopal

First of all there should be RFC connection to allow GTS to transfer data to ECC. Then there are Badi'd available in GTS to transfer the data back to ECC.

I assume you are asking for From ECC to GTS.

go to transaction /n/sapsll/menu_legalr3 and then Initial transfer of master data
