Adding to YTD figures in CRT is in live payroll run, after the IT 15 is processed in sub-schema XAP0 - function P0015 which invokes pcr X011. The pcr add to YTD depends on the config of the w/t which is added to X023 (proc cl 20) or X024 (proc cl 41). Adding to YTD will also depend on proc cl 30.
You can add code to read payroll cluster - pay period results, then from CRT, get the w/t amt for the relevant cum. type; then add the current amt. This is not a common procedure
To read pay results and data for a w/t you can get code from Wage type reporter (pgm H99CWTR0, txn PC00_M99_CWTR)
