ATP Check in Sales order - strange behaviour

Hi All,

I created a sales order wherein after inputting the material, system gives schedule line date for Feb 2016.

And then when manually click on Item Availability buttom, it changes it to Sep 2015.

(Material is available now in September)

So why system gives first a date of Feb 2016 and on manually check change it.

I suppose there has to be a mistake in material master because it is going wrong only for a particular material.

For rest all materials, it is ok.

Can anyone suggest what could be that is causing this problem.

Sounds incorrect behaviour outside the standard design. Check if any of the user exits listed in KBA 1644443 are activated.
