alternate item description in print layout

i want display alternate description for an item in Purchase Order for Vendor Purpose . iam Maintaining one name in description , but i want to display alternate  name to vendor.

is ther any option

Hi Srinandha,

BP catalog number is stored in POR1.Subcatnum.  Use this column and check it.
