Doubt about XML_Map component from Platform Palette in Data Services

I begin with SAP Data Services and I was studying about XML_Map component from Platform Palette. I was very confused about how to use/config this component and I would like to request help with this config.

I need to map all occurs of element "p" from a XML  to a column TEXTO as the image below.

PS: I using Data Services 4.2

You cannot map a structure directly into a text field.

Map p to p and unnest. If you need em and strong into s single field, concatenate them in a query transform.
